Hello All Carolyn Willis

It is with mixed emotions that I have to tell you of my decision to retire. My last day at Albany Dental Surgery is Friday 22 September.

I wanted to let you know how much I have enjoyed my time here over the past 24 years. Thank you all for your support, friendships, and conversations we've shared. You are very special people and I will definitely miss you, even though I'm looking forward to an entirely new phase and the challenges of a completely changed lifestyle.

We welcome Emma Taylor who will be replacing my role as Receptionist/Administrator. She will be the new "voice" and "front of house" and will soon become familiar to you all.

I'm sorry I won't get the opportunity to say goodbye to each of you in person, but please know we have made memories together, that will always remain with me wherever I am.
